Brussels Sprouts with Apple Bacon and Honey Roasted Peanuts by Joe Lumbrazo of Backyard Bistro
8 oz. Brussels sprouts
2 oz. bacon
my essentials Olive oil
2 oz. food lion honey roasted peanuts
Salt and pepper
Cut bacon into very small strips and cook in nonstick frying pan over low heat until crisp. Blanch Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes and once tender toss with bacon. Add honey roasted peanuts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
