Cut eggplant in half. Score it with hatchmarks. Drizzle with olive oil and place on grill.

Buttermilk (Mapleview Farm)
Feta Cheese (Pheta Cheese from Chapel Hill Creamery )
Stir everything together except the basil. Add basil and fold into mixture. Serve.
