Easy Layered Taco Bake   (Food Lion website)


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel. Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) BUSH’S. Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup Kraft. Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 Old El Paso. Soft Taco Dinner Kit
  • 1 cup my essentials. Sour Cream
  • 2 cups my essentials. 4 Cheese Mexican fancy shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions: Heat oven to 400°F. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, zesty Italian dressing and taco seasoning (from dinner kit). Spray 13×9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange 4 flour tortillas (from dinner kit) in single layer on bottom of dish. Top with half each of the meat mixture, sour cream (dollup), and cheese. Repeat layers; cover. Bake for 30 min or until casserole is heated through. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 min or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
