Mexican grilled corn on the cob


6 ears sweet corn in husks
1 clove garlic- minced
6 T Food Lion mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Food Lion Cayenne pepper- pinch

¾ C Taste of Inspirations Feta cheese
Lime cut into 6 wedges

Peel back husks from corn and remove corn silks, leaving on husks for “handle”

Mix next 4 ingredients and brush liberally on corn

Grill on out-door grill or grill pan for 10 – 15 minutes, until done

Remove from grill, allow to cool slightly the sprinkle with cheese and squeeze with lime
