5 sought for information in Raleigh gas station shooting

Raleigh police need help to identify these five people. Police believe they may have information about a shooting Friday morning on New Bern Avenue.

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Police are investigating a Friday morning shooting at the Circle K gas station located at 3948 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh.

Police said the incident happened around 5:35 a.m. Friday. When officers arrived to the scene they located a male victim.

The victim was taken to WakeMed with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the shooting stemmed from a verbal dispute. After shots were fired, police said multiple subjects fled the scene in a silver sedan.

Raleigh police released surveillance pictures of five individuals who they say may have information about the shooting. Police have not been able to identify the individuals and are asking for the public’s help.
