DUNN, NC (WNCN) — A bus fire caused traffic problems and caught nearby woods on fire along I-95 Wednesday afternoon.
The incident started just before 5 p.m. in Harnett County near Dunn at mile marker 70.
By 6:30 p.m. one lane of I-95 northbound had reopened while fire crews were still on the scene.
As of 6:30, the bus was being hooked up to a tow truck.
There is heavy congestion in both directions near Rhodes Pond Road and drivers should expect delays.
