#Brake4Buses: Wake County students rap about bus safety

Fourth graders from Jones Dairy Elementary rap about bus safety in a video posted to YouTube.

Raleigh, N.C. (WNCN) – Wake County school officials have been trying to get the word out about the new bus boarding procedure.

Local students are also joining the effort, starring in recently posted videos to spread awareness.

At Jones Dairy Elementary, Nicole Tillery’s fourth grade class put together a rap. Watch it here:

In another video, local students explain the new procedure for boarding the school bus.

The kids are speaking to other students so they can be aware of the process, which includes watching for the crossing bar guard to open, and checking traffic before leaving the bus stop to board the bus

Both video links were recently tweeted by Wake County Schools.
