WAKE FOREST, NC (WNCN) — Authorities in Wake Forest say that they have arrested one suspect linked to a late-August murder and that the actual murder suspect is on the run.
Patrick Armond Garrison, age 31, has been charged with one count of accessory to murder in connection with the Aug. 28 shooting death of Glenn Tashaun Lee.
Lee, age 27, of Franklinton, was found by police outside at the rear of a home located at 424 N. Allen Road that Friday night. Lee was transported to WakeMed where he was pronounced dead on arrival, authorities said.
Earlier Tuesday evening, representatives of the U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Garrison, Wake Forest Police said in a press release.
Wake Forest Police have also issued a warrant for murder for his brother, Walter Britt Garrison, 33. However, he remains at large.

Patrick Garrison has been transported to the Wake County Jail. His first court appearance is Wednesday.
