CARY, N.C. (WNCN) – Cary’s last food truck rodeo for 2015 will feature Pho Nomenal Dumplings, the “Best Food Truck in America,” along with more than 20 other trucks.
The Chatham Street Chowdown will take place Oct. 4 from 12 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. along Chatham Street between Walker Street and Harrison Avenue in downtown Cary.
Pho Nomenal Dumplings has quickly risen to fame after being named the best food truck in America on Food Network’s “Great Food Truck Race.”
In addition to more than two dozen food trucks, the event will also feature beer and wine from Brueprint Brewing Company, Chatham Hill Winery and Fortnight Brewing.
West Street Band will perform from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. and they will be followed by Bailey’s Comet from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
This is Cary’s third and final food truck rodeo for the year. The Chowdown returns in 2016 with four events, the first of which is April 17 from 12 – 4:30 p.m.
