RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Cary’s La Farm Bakery Bread Truck dishes up fresh-baked pastries and sandwiches for fairgoers at the state fair.
Some of their dishes include a bacon and egg scone sandwiches, lamb and feta stuffed baguettes, and a wide variety of pastries, coffee and bread made with North Carolina wheat.
But it’s not just the food that takes you out of your fair surroundings; La Farm’s mobile truck operates like a pop up café.
“The ambiance, you have the music, you have the seating, and we provide you with sample to try that comes out of the oven freshly and that’s what we are about,” said Lionel Vatinet, La Farm Bakery.
Fairgoers looking for something other than fried-goodness can find La Farm’s oasis in between Dorton Arena and Hillsborough Street.
If you do stop by, make sure you try the signature White Chocolate Baguette.
