GARNER, N.C. (WNCN) – Highway Patrol is investigating a wreck involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 40 near Exit 306 in Wake County.

The incident was reported shortly after 10 a.m. Monday. The left two lanes of I-40 in both directions were closed near U.S. Highway 70 Business.
