5 face charges in 21 Apex car break-ins

APEX, N.C. (WNCN0 – Apex police have charged two adults and three juveniles in a string of 21 car break-ins in the Miramonte subdivision.

Octavius Barnes, 19, of Raleigh, faces 22 counts of felony break and enter a motor vehicle, one count of felony larceny of a motor vehicle and five counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Gavin Rodgers, 18, of Raleigh, also faces 22 counts of felony break and enter a motor vehicle, one count of felony larceny of a motor vehicle and five counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Apex police did not release the names of the three juveniles charged in the incidents.
