Rotisserie Chicken 3 Ways
Greek Style Chicken Wraps
Creamy, healthy and delicious!
1 Food Lion rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from bones and shredded
1 cup Taste of Inspirations plain, Greek yogurt
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon FL dill weed
1 Nature’s Place minced garlic
1 cucumber, seeds removed, chopped fine
Food Lion salt and pepper to taste
Place shredded chicken into a large bowl. Make dressing by stirring together yogurt, onion, lemon juice, dill weed and garlic. Pour over chicken then add in cucumbers and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into flat bread or wraps. Makes 6 wraps.
Quick Chicken BBQ Pizza
Perfect for busy weeknights!
Food Lion BBQ sauce
1 oven-ready pizza crust
1 cup Food Lion shredded rotisserie chicken
½ cup Food Lion shredded mozzarella
½ cup Food Lion shredded sharp cheddar
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
½ small red onion, chopped
Spoon BBQ sauce over pizza crust, arrange chicken on top. Evenly scatter both cheeses over chicken then top with both bell peppers and onion. Bake according to package directions.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
A party favorite!
1 package Food Lion cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Food Lion Milk
1/2 cup Taste of Inspirations crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup Food Lion Hot Sauce
2 ounces Taste of Inspirations crumbled blue cheese
2 cups FL rotisserie chicken meat, cubed
Food Lion Italian bread, cubed
Stir everything together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring once, until hot. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, and chunks of bread. This can be made in the oven, too: Bake in an oven-safe, covered pot at 350º for 30 minutes or until hot.
