SC woman wanted on forgery charges caught after tires deflated in chase

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) – A Conway woman is behind bars Wednesday after the driver of the vehicle she was in led police on a 30-minute chase, according to Horry County Police.

At noon on Wednesday, officers responded to a home on Willard Road in Conway for a wanted person. Officers arrived as the fugitive, Dakota Nicole Deal, 24, left in a black sport utility vehicle, confirms Lt. Raul Denis. Officers quickly caught up with the SUV, but the driver refused to pull over and led officers on a chase lasting over 30 minutes.
