Five Points intersection in Raleigh reopened after morning wreck

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – The Five Points intersection in Raleigh has been reopened after it was shut down due to a single-vehicle wreck Saturday morning, Raleigh Police said.

A car hit a power pole and knocked it down early Saturday morning.

Police said just before 6 a.m. that the intersection would be shut down for approximately four hours as crews fixed the downed pole.

The road reopened around 10 a.m. and no injuries were reported.
