Raleigh Police with K-9s in manhunt after 1 person shot

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Raleigh Police are using search dogs on Monday night to help track down a shooting suspect.

UPDATE: Man shot in southeast Raleigh Monday night dies

The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. at Paint Rock Lane and Pine Barren Lane, in southeast Raleigh, police said.

One person was hurt in the shooting and has since been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to Raleigh Police.

Raleigh Police K-9 units are in the area trying to find the suspect.
