CHPAEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) – North Carolina point guard Marcus Paige will make his season debut against No. 2 Maryland Tuesday night, coach Roy Williams confirmed.

Paige hurt his wrist in early November and has sat out all of the No. 9 Tar Heels’ games this season.

Williams said Paige practiced in a five-on-five situation Saturday.

Paige said he feels good going into Tuesday’s game and feels no pain in his wrist. But he added he doesn’t know when it will be 100 percent.

The Heels host Maryland at 9:30 p.m. on ESPN.
