White Cadillac Escalade hits disabled vehicle, leaves scene, Chapel Hill police say

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) – Chapel Hill police said a white Cadillac Escalade hit a disabled vehicle on Raleigh Road Saturday and left the scene.

A disabled vehicle had its hazard lights on while in a travel lane of Raleigh Road near the intersection with E. Barbee Chapel Road just before 7 p.m.

Police said a white Cadillac Escalade hit the disabled vehicle and drove off in the direction of Fordham Boulevard.

A person with the disabled vehicle received minor injuries in the collision.

If anyone has information about this hit and run, please call either the Chapel Hill Police Department at 919-968-2760 or Crime Stoppers at 919-942-7515.

Calls to Crime Stoppers are confidential and anonymous, and the caller may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000 for information that leads to arrest.
