2 break into Burlington pharmacy

BURLINGTON, N.C. (WXII) – Police are looking for suspects in connection with a break-in at a Burlington pharmacy early Monday morning.

The incident was reported just before 5 a.m. at Medicap Pharmacy at 378 Harden St. near Maple Avenue. No one was injured.

Burlington police allege two men broke into the business and were seen running behind the building along the fence line toward Lavista Drive.

The store is still trying to determine if anything was stolen during the break-in, police said.

Police released a surveillance image Monday and described the suspects as two men with dark complexion wearing dark clothing. One of the suspects was wearing a multicolored toboggan, police said.
