‘Nameless coward’ vandalizes Fayetteville Fallen Officer Memorial, police say

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – A vandal spray painted the Fallen Officer Memorial in front of the Fayetteville Police Department early Wednesday morning.

The vandal did not leave a signature but just defaced the memorial and a window on the side of the building.

Fayetteville police called the vandal a “nameless coward.”

The vandal is not believed to be the same suspect who has spray painted “snake” more than 20 times across the city over a two week period.
