LILLINGTON, N.C. (WNCN) – A K-9 officer missing since Tuesday has been reunited with his partner in the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.
“Taz” wandered away from his residence Tuesday around 5:15 p.m. but the sheriff’s office said Friday he had been reunited with his handler.
“The Harnett County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone who shared the photo, looked for Taz and sent kind words. Thank you!” the sheriff’s office said in a release.
Taz is a male Belgian Malinois trained to detect narcotics.
