US Marshals looking for 3 fugitives with NC ties

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – U.S. Marshals are looking for information on three fugitives with Wilmington ties.

Robert Camell Armstrong, 34, is wanted on probation violations. He was on supervised release on felony drug charges (attempt to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or delivery a schedule I controlled substance) and a misdemeanor resisting an officer charge when he absconded in May 2013.

Armstrong, of Leland, also has a warrant out for an alleged assault on a female in the Creekwood community in 2015. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has “Death Before Dishonor” tattooed on his chest, “Moose” tattooed on his left forearm and “Paige” on his neck.

Eliseo Duran-Castillo, 31, is charged with sexually assaulting three children in 2012 and is wanted by the Wilmington Police Department. He is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

Mahala Rose Greer, 32, fled the Wilmington area after a warrant was issued on marijuana distribution charges. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has a tattoo of a rose on her right breast.

We’re working with the U.S. Marshals to obtain pictures of Duran-Castillo and Greer.
