FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – A 39-year-old man faces charges after Fayetteville police said an 18-year-old woman said she was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance Tuesday night.
Police were called around 9:50 p.m. to the 400 block of Tradewinds Drive in reference to a sexual assault.
The 18-year-old victim said she was able to call 911 after Jamar Radford gave her alcohol and sexually assaulted her, police said.
Radford was arrested on scene.
He was charged with second-degree sex offense and providing alcohol to a minor.
He was given a $15,000 secured bond.
