CARY, N.C. (WNCN) – A third person has been arrested in connection with a Cary home invasion Monday morning, Town of Cary officials said.
Arrested Wednesday was Andre Lamar Dixon of Durham. He was charged with kidnapping, robbery and first-degree burglary.
Dixon is being held in the Wake County Detention Center.
A burglary in progress was reported at approximately 5 a.m. at a home in the 500 block of Spencer Crest Court in Cary, officials said.
Around an hour later, two arrests were made in Durham.
Howard Freeman Earl, Jr., 21, of Guess Road, Durham, and Terrell Lee McLamb, 20, of E. Cornwallis Road, Durham, were arrested and charged in the home invasion.
Each was charged with first-degree burglary, armed robbery, and second-degree kidnapping, Cary police said.
Earl and McLamb each could face up to 32 years in prison if convicted of all charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
Cary Police believe six people forced their way into the home Feb. 1 and demanded money.
