Amber Alert canceled for 4 NC children

HIGH POINT, N.C. (WNCN) — An Amber Alert was issued for nearly 4 hours on Tuesday evening four North Carolina children and their possible abductor, officials said.

The High Point Police department announced about 6:15 p.m that a search was on for Mikiyah Woods, Yakiyah Lecco,  Tanez Lecco and  Natez Lecco.

Police said Dominique Lashawn Lecco, age 29, was the suspected abductor.  She was thought to be driving a tan 2001 Dodge Intrepid, officials said.

Just before 10 p.m., officials said that Dominique Lecco and the children had been found.

No photos of the children were supplied by police.
