A new food market, encompassing 21,000 square feet, is set to be developed in downtown Raleigh at the former site of Jillian’s restaurant.
Hibernian Co., Inc. announce its latest concept in development on Monday. The yet-to-be-named project is located at 117 S. West St and is being called a “food hall/market” which will be alongside a expansive food court and event space in Raleigh’s warehouse district.
The project, whose target opening date is Spring 2017, will offer artisan food vendors and merchants of varied industries.
“We are looking forward to it being a great addition to the warehouse district, a connector between downtown neighborhoods and a perfect opportunity for up-and-coming entrepreneurs to be able to conduct business in downtown Raleigh.” said Niall Hanley, owner and operator of Hibernian Co, Inc.
Hibernian, based in Raleigh, offers a wide array of food and entertainment establishments including the Hibernian Irish Pub & Restaurant and the nightclub Solas, which also has event space available.
