RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – With the warmer weather we’ve had this weekend comes confidence that freezing temps may be behind us – and that led to a busy day at the State Farmers Market in Raleigh.
Now, a lot of people are finally doing their spring planting.
Domenic Conte of Apex said the warm weather “gets you in tune with nature, you know? Every day you’re busy, busy in the city running 100 miles an hour.
“Now it’s time to settle down, spend some family quality time together.” Flowers and trees were being sold right and left at the State Farmers Market Sunday. Sellers said this

One long-time vendor said Saturday was her best Saturday about 20 years.
