10 arrested in break-ins, drug raid in Moore County

SEAGROVE, N.C. (WNCN) – Ten people have been arrested in an extensive ongoing investigation involving multiple break-ins and the distribution of illegal drugs in Moore County, the sheriff’s office announced Friday.

On April 14, the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 255 Sheffield Road in Seagrove. During the search, deputies found and seized multiple drugs, including methamphetamine. Deputies also seized drug paraphernalia as well as a stolen dirt bike and jewelry.

The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $1,120.

Donald Ray Sheffield, 49, was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine, as well as other multiple drug-related charges. Sheffield was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $30,000 secured bond.

Billy Ray Davis, 53, was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine, as well as multiple drug-related. Davis was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secured bond.

Heather Nicole Moore, 32, was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine as well as other drug-related charges. Moore was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $15,000.00 secured bond.

Timmy Oswaldo Locklear, 25, from was charged with six counts of felony breaking and entering, three counts of felony larceny, four counts of felony possession of stolen goods, two counts of felony larceny of a firearm and two counts of felony possession of a stolen firearm. Locklear was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $90,000.00 secured bond.

Patricia Mae Beane, 35, was charged with four counts of felony breaking and entering, three counts of felony larceny, three counts of felony possession of stolen goods, one count of felony larceny of a firearm and one count of felony possession of a stolen firearm. Beane remained in the Moore County Detention Center with an additional $65,000.00 secured bond.

John Farrel Chamalian Jr., 27, was charged with four counts of felony breaking and entering, three counts of felony larceny, three counts of felony possession of stolen goods, one count of felony larceny of a firearm and one count of felony possession of a stolen firearm. Chamalian was placed in the Moore County Detention Center with an additional $65,000.00 secured bond.

Kimberly Anne Degroot, 26, was charged with four counts of felony breaking and entering, three counts of felony larceny, three counts of felony possession of stolen goods, one count of felony larceny of a firearm and one count of felony possession of a stolen firearm. Degroot was placed in the Moore County Detention Center with a $65,000.00 secured bond.

Dillon Coyote Lyston, 27, was charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, and one count of felony possession of stolen goods. Lyston was placed in the Moore County Detention Center with a $10,000.00 secured bond.

Daniel Walter Schuh, 31, was charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, and one count of felony possession of stolen goods. Schuh was placed in the Moore County Detention Center with a $10,000.00 secured bond.

Daniel Reese Russell, 27, was charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, and one count of felony possession of stolen goods. Russell was placed in the Moore County Detention Center with a $10,000.00 secured bond
