6 charged after 2 meth labs discovered in Eastern NC

SNEADS FERRY, N.C. (WNCT) – Six people have been charged and charges are pending against a seventh person after deputies with the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and the members of the North Carolina Department of Probation and Parole, Onslow County Division, conducted several random warrantless searches in the Sneads Ferry community.

During the searches on Thursday, two meth labs were located. The N.C. State Bureau of Investigation’s Clandestine Lab Response Team processed the two meth labs.

Eric Thomas Clinesmith, 31, of Sneads Ferry was charged with Manufacture Methamphetamine, 4 Counts Possess Methamphetamine Precursor and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $150,000 secured.

Kameron Duwon Davis, 25, of Sneads Ferry was charged with Manufacture Methamphetamine, 4 Counts Possess Methamphetamine Precursor and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He had an outstanding warrant for Communicating Threats, which was served. His bond was set at $151,000 secured.

Frank Adam Fisher, 33, of Sneads Ferry was charged with Manufacture Methamphetamine, 1 Count Possess Methamphetamine and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $200,000, secured

Elizabeth Ann Fisher, 38, of Sneads Ferry was charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, 1 Count Possess Methamphetamine Precursor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $100,000 secured.

Belinda Ruth Dehamer, 46, of Hampstead was charged with Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance (Heroin), Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance (Oxycodone), Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Maintaining a Dwelling to Store Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $6,500 secured.

David Craig Milam, 32, of Sneads Ferry was arrested for Parole Violation, and was placed in jail under no bond.

Authorities said charges are pending results of an investigation on 33-year-old Jordan Scott Plummer of Holly Ridge for Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Those arrested were placed in the Onslow County Jail, where their first appearance was scheduled for April 22, 2016.
