RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – It’s a no excuse weekend if you are looking for something fun to do.
Multiple festivals take place this weekend, including the Dogwood Festival, Brewgaloo plus festivals to celebrate pickles and strawberries.
The 30th Annual North Carolina Pickle Festival is all weekend in Mount Olive. That includes county singer RaeLynn in concert Friday night. Who doesn’t love a little country music and most of all a good pickle?
Have you noticed how beautiful the Dogwoods are this year? Get ready for live music, food, entertainment and fun. The 34th annual Fayetteville Dogwood Festival starts Friday night at 5 p.m. in Festival Park. If you miss Friday, don’t worry, the event is all weekend.
Craft brew is all the rage these days. Brewgaloo features craft breweries from North Carolina and partners with local food trucks, local vendors and local bands. Friday night there’s a sampler event from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Make sure you have a designated driver!
If you’re in the mood for something sweet, check out the Strawberry Festival! It kicks off Saturday morning at 9 a.m. on Technology Drive in Garner. It’s one of the biggest events in the Cleveland Township and this year will be even bigger.
