Man sought in 4 Raleigh armed robberies in less than 2 weeks

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The Raleigh Police Department is seeking the public’s help as it works to identify and arrest the suspect seen in the surveillance photos from various armed robberies.

The suspect is believed to be responsible for four armed robberies, Raleigh Police said.

The crimes are:

  • The April 17 robbery of Little Sue’s Mini Mart at 430 Buck Jones Rd., which was reported at 11:06 p.m.
  • The April 20 robbery of the Days Inn at 6619 Glenwood Ave., which was reported at 8:35 p.m.
  • The April 27 robbery of the Comfort Suites at 1309 Corporation Pkwy., which was reported at 10:41 p.m.
  • The April 29 robbery of the Super 8 at 2501 S. Saunders St., which was reported at 8:51 p.m.

The suspect is described as a male, thin build, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and has been armed with a handgun. As seen in the surveillance photos, he wears a large blue hoodie.
