2 arrested in connection with 4 armed robberies in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Raleigh Police have charged two people in connection with four armed robberies that occurred in within a two-week time period.

Police charged Ari Demitrius Everett, 21, and Kristopher Devonte Stewart, 22, with three counts each of robbery with a dangerous weapon, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and four counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

The suspects were wanted in the following robberies:

• The April 17 robbery of Little Sue’s Mini Mart at 430 Buck Jones Rd., which was reported at 11:06 p.m.;
• The April 20 robbery of the Days Inn at 6619 Glenwood Ave., which was reported at 8:35 p.m.;
• The April 27 robbery of the Comfort Suites at 1309 Corporation Pkwy., which was reported at 10:41 p.m.; and,
• The April 29 robbery of the Super 8 at 2501 S. Saunders St., which was reported at 8:51 p.m.

Everett and Steward were taken to the Wake County Detention Center.
