Caught on video: 5 home burglaries reported in Cary in 1 week

CARY, N.C. (WNCN) – The Cary Police Department said they have responded to five reports of home burglaries in the span of a week.

On May 5, Cary Police investigated a burglary at 106 Electra Drive. The suspect is seen in footage from the homeowner’s video recording system.

The suspect took various electronics using a pillowcase to transport the items from the home.

Since May 2, police have investigated four burglaries at similar times of day where similar items stolen. The incidents were reported in the Wimbledon, Lochmere, and Glenridge neighborhoods.
