RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A man groped and said lewd things to a teen girl while she was near her school bus stop early Tuesday morning in Raleigh, police say.
The incident happened around 6 a.m. near a school bus stop on Brockton Drive, according to a press release from the Raleigh Police.
A 14-year-old girl told police that “the man inappropriately touched her and made lewd remarks,” police said
The suspect was described as a dark-skinned black male in his 30s to 40s with a short beard and who might have a had mustache, police said.
The suspect was wearing a black hoodie with black or blue baggy pants, has small eyes and his upper left front tooth is chipped, according to the police description. The suspect was last seen walking north on Hoyle Drive.
The victim was not physically injured and reported the incident after she arrived safely at school.
An arrest has not been made.
