BRUSH PRAIRIE, Wash. (KOIN) — A teen said bullies set his car was set on fire outside his home this past weekend.
Freddie Potwin is a student at Hockinson High School and said he is often the target of bullies.
He said he has been harassed and threatened, but this past weekend, the bullying reached a whole new level. Potwin said they set his car on fire, right outside his house.
Potwin has talked to police and school officials, but said nothing is being done.
“I just hope that the school will do something about other people who are messing with people, being bullied online, social media, everything. Just — they can do something about it. Better communications throughout the school, too,” he said.
The Clark County Fire Marshal confirms the car was set on fire early Saturday morning, and they are investigating.
