Friday marks one year since disappearance of Wake Forest child

Angela Pilny, 10, has been missing since June 3, 2015

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WNCN) – Friday marks one year since a Wake Forest child disappeared.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is marking the anniversary with a renewed effort to help spread the word about Angela Pilny.

Investigators think the girl may be with her mother.

Angela is described as biracial with brown eyes and light brown hair. She has a small scar on her chin.

Anyone with information is urged to call 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) or Wake Forest Police Department (North Carolina) 919-554-6150 with any information concerning the disappearance or current whereabouts of Angela.
