2 arrested after meth lab found in Garner home

GARNER, N.C. (WNCN) – Authorities arrested two people Tuesday after a meth lab was found in a Garner home, police said.

Garner police executed a search warrant at a home at 224 Weston Road and discovered a meth lab in the residence.

Jason Ristuccia, 31, and Yvonne Michelle “Shelly” Higgins, 50, were arrested and taken into custody without incident, police said.

Ristuccia and Higgins were each charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute a methamphetamine precursor.

The SBI and Wake County Sheriff’s Office assisted Garner police in executing the search warrant.
