NC native, employee of Pulse spends hours at hospital with victims

ORLANDO, Fla. (WNCN) – CBS North Carolina’s Sean Maroney is in Orlando to cover the June 12 terror attack.

Maroney spoke to a Kinston native named Chris who an employee of Pulse. He said he spent more than 12 hours at the hospital.

“Pulse was a home to a lot of people, they were able to go there and feel safe,” Chris told Maroney.

Maroney spoke to another man who said he waited more than seven hours to donate blood Monday.
