2 children in Fayetteville missing for hours have been located, police say

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Authorities in Fayetteville were searching for two children late Saturday night before locating them after a 5-hour search, police said.

Authorities were searching for Linsley Beam, 6, and Antonio Beauchamp, 2, who were reported missing from the 1800 block of Strathmore Avenue at approximately 10 p.m. Saturday. The children had reportedly been last scene around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Sherwood Park Elementary School, police said.

The police department sent a release that the children had been located just before 1:40 a.m.
