Gunman robs Raleigh gas station

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The Raleigh Police Department needs the public’s help to track down a man who robbed a gas station in June.

At about 12:15 a.m. on June 20, the man entered the Circle K store at 2400 Spring Forest Road, pulled out a handgun and robbed the store of cash.

The suspect then fled after completing the robbery, which did not result in injuries to the male store clerk who was on duty at the time.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s who stands about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds.
