Durham police investigating ‘suspicious death’ after responding to cardiac arrest call

DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – Durham police are investigating what they’re calling “a suspicious death” Saturday morning.

Police responded to a cardiac arrest call just before 8 a.m. in the 600 block of Dunbar Street. Upon arrival, officers found a dead man at the scene.

A follow-up investigation is underway. Police did not release any information indicating what made the death suspicious. They have also not released the identity of the man yet.
