2 men use fake ID’s to get $7,000 in jewelry from SC store

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Detectives with the Horry County Police Department are searching for two men wanted for defrauding a Myrtle Beach jewelry store out of $7,000 worth of merchandise.

According to the HCPD Facebook page, the incident happened on July 16 when two men used fake identification to open credit accounts at Kay Jewelers on Kings Road and then made off with the jewelry.

Police are asking if you know these men or anything about this incident, please call the Horry County Police Tip Line at 843-915-8477.
