MOORE COUNTY, N.C. (WNCN) – A death investigation is now closed after a man’s body was found Wednesday in northern Moore County along a dead end gravel road.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Dickerson Road in the Glendon area of the county just before 6:30 Wednesday night.
The body of James Franklin Cloer Jr., 63, of Salisbury was found in a ditch at that location.
Cloer’s death was “non-traumatic” and there is no indication of foul play, Sheriff Neil Godfrey said.
The Sheriff’s Office said the investigation into Cloer’s death is closed.
