FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – A registered sex offender from Robeson County was arrested in Fayetteville after visiting a child care center seven times, a Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office official said.
Carl Lynn Williams, 27, of Parkton, violated his Robeson County sex offender registration while visiting his girlfriend in Cumberland County, officials said. Williams has repeatedly violated his sex offender status and was being tracked with a GPS ankle monitor.
