Shots fired into Fayetteville home overnight; 1 injured

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – One person stood in a yard and fired shots into a Fayetteville home, according to police.

It happened in the early morning hours on Tuesday in the 1100 block of Madonna Drive.

One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being shot, according to police.

Police are not releasing any more details at this time.

They are asking anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
