RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A Raleigh man has been charged after fondling and inappropriately touching a teen girl inside an Apex Chick-fil-A, Apex police said.
Kyle David Holt, 33, of the 6300 block of Deerview Drive, was arrested Thursday just before 9 p.m. and charged with one count each of fondling/assault on a female and sexual battery after touching the teenage employee inside the Chick-Fil-A located in Beaver Creek Commons in Apex, police said.
Holt is accused of touching the girl’s waist and then sliding his hand down and touching her genitals from outside her clothes, Wake County charging documents show.
Officers were called to the restaurant and were quickly able to identify Holt as the suspect. He was arrested at the scene.
Thursday’s arrest was the eighth time Holt has been arrested since 2007, arrest records show.
He was last arrested on Aug. 16 on five drug-related charges.
He is currently being held in the Wake County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
