Man dies at hospital after being shot in car, Raleigh police say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A 24-year-old man died at the hospital after he was shot in a car on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, police say.

Raleigh Police Department homicide detectives were dispatched to a report of a shooting Wednesday just before 10:15 p.m. at 4413 Capital Boulevard, police say.

Police say the victim was identified as Aaron Troy Jacobs.

He died after he was transported to WakeMed.
