FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – Fayetteville authorities are searching for a woman after charging her with child sex crimes as part of a human trafficking investigation, police said Monday.
The suspect in the case has been identified as Brittany Latrice Herndon, 25, whose last known address is on the 500 block of Summer Ridge Drive in Fayetteville.
Herndon has outstanding warrants charging her with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, as well as promoting prostitution of a juvenile. Police said they encourage friends and family of Herndon to surrender herself.
Police said there’s no further information to release at this time.
