GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Officials are investigating after young North Carolina mom died in a house fire in early Sunday morning, officials told media outlets.
The fire was reported around 6 a.m. at a mobile home at 1742 Ashley Drive, which is off Highway 33 northwest of Greenville in Pitt County.
Major Paula Dance of the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office said that a 23-year-old woman was found dead in the home.
Major Dance told WCTI that the victim was Tenesha Anderson.
