BOLIVIA, N.C. (WECT) – A Bolivia man has been arrested in connection with a series of shootings in Brunswick County, official said.
Reginald Benard Davis, 39, was arrested by the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday and has been charged with:
- Assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill/inflict serious injury
- Discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling/moving vehicle
- Discharging a weapon in an occupied property
- Injury to real property
- Possession of firearm by a felon
His bond has been set at just more than $200,000.
According to arrest warrants, Davis is accused of discharging a firearm into a residence in the 2100 block of Daisy Trail in Supply on Aug. 27.
On Sept. 10, officials said davis fired a .45-caliber handgun into a building occupied by three adults and two juveniles in the 1300 block of Hillside Drive in Supply.
On the same day, warrants state that Davis assaulted another victim with a handgun, leading to the assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill/inflict serious injury charge.
